Course Information

Our Long Range Rifle course consists of a classroom pre-requisite Optics 101. The practical course of fire is 4-5 hours of training conducted completely on the range. We begin by confirming the rifle zero, continued by engaging targets in the prone position in 100y increments out to 600y, utilizing both holdover and adjustment techniques in order to gather D.O.P.E. We then challenge shooters further by allowing them to ‘spot’ for each other, and engage targets utilizing multiple body positions. Students are welcome to utilize any long rifle caliber, whether in a carbine pattern rifle or a bolt action rifle.

Students may utilize iron sights but optics with magnification or red dot optics are STRONGLY suggested.

$150.00
